Challenge: As one of Canada’s most beloved brands, London Drugs continue to defy traditional brick and mortar retail. Through a consistent approach in marketing and design, the company has a strong following and committed brand loyalty from its audience. We were tasked to strategically reinvigorate the brand and widen its reach through an omnichannel approach.
Solution: Simplify. Adapt. Evolve. Working with the strong traditions of the company, we took thoughtful steps to deliberately integrate new aesthetics while developing concepts for the future. The 2019 Holiday Campaign was our first major application of the new direction, paving a path for years to come.
